We accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged in shipment you must file a claim with the carrier before returning the product. If the item is defective in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. All other returns will have a 25% restocking fee.
To return an item, contact Customer Service at 480 507 6478 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be prominently placed on the shipping label used to return the item. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received, if it is deemed to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced and returned at no charge.
