The Fogco pre-fabricated stainless steel tubing and double ferruled high pressure compression fittings are designed for the ultimate in quality and durability for all misting systems whether used for outdoor cooling, humidification or humidity control, or dust and odor control. This tubing can withstand pressures in excess of 3000 psi and is recommended for mist systems that utilize treated water or chemical injection. Fogco’s proprietary stainless steel mist nozzles fitting allows all Fogco mist nozzles to be installed by hand without the need of special tools or sealants. The fittings are assembled into prefabricated lengths of 300 series stainless steel using our unique computerized robotic welding process which ensures consistent welds that are the best in the industry.
The stainless steel prefabricated tubing represents the highest quality materials available for the installation of a high pressure mist system. The 300 series stainless steel is a rigid line, and comes in lengths of 10 feet or 20 feet in length. It is available in 1/2″ or 3/8″ O.D. with standard nozzle spacing of 18 inch, 24 inch, and 30 inch. Custom lengths with varied nozzle spacing and configurations are also available.
The Fogco line of compression fittings can be used with our copper mist tubing or our stainless steel mist tubing and are available in both brass or stainless steel material. They are high pressure rated double ferruled fittings with an operating pressure rating of 3000 psi.
