The Fogco nylon tubing and slip-lok fitting assemblies are the ultimate in convenience and versatility when used as part of the misting system design. The easy assembly allows for a quick and simple installation reducing the time and money associated with labor costs.
The specially designed and proprietary slip-lok fittings can be used to create any specific misting nozzle spacing allowing on-the-job customization that is unique to this method of misting system installations. No special tools or crimping procedures are required. The slip-lok nozzle fitting design includes a recessed surface to provide a leak proof seal with the o-ring style Fogco misting nozzle. All Fogco slip-lok fittings can be easily removed, replaced, or re-installed to further enhance the mist systems overall design flexibility.
The Fogco high pressure nylon tubing is 3/8″ O.D. flexible nylon 12 and has an operating pressure of 1000 psi. It is available in 24 inch and 30 inch straight lengths or in 50, 100, or 500 foot rolls.
The Fogco slip-lok fittings are rated for an operating pressure of 1500 psi and have the highest rated operating pressure in the industry. They include nickel plated locking ferrules to ensure the integrity of the fittings performance. They also utilize an over sized o-ring for a complete leak proof seal. The slip-lok adapter range includes 1/8″ to 1/2″ male threaded adapters and 1/4″ to 3/8″ female threaded adapters in slip-lok sizes of 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″.
